Returns

At Threads of Resilience, every garment is prepared with care and craftsmanship. Because many of our items are made specially for you, our returns policy is a little different from standard retail.

❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Workwear items
  • Personalised or custom embroidered clothing
  • Headwear of any kind (including caps and hats)


These items are made to order and cannot be resold.

✅ Items Eligible for Return

Non-personalised garments may be returned within 5 days of purchase if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn
  • Item is undamaged
  • Item is returned in its original condition
  • Proof of purchase is provided


Returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.


📦 Return Process

  1. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item to request a return.
  2. Once approved, you will be given return instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details. We will resolve this quickly with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
