Created in memory of Wafaa Akila, this piece continues our memorial collection with a design centred around remembrance, innocence and a future taken far too soon.

Cut from a 440gsm heavyweight black hoodie, the front is kept deliberately minimal with a small W.A / 8 embroidered detail on the left chest.

The back carries the story.

A large denim-blue “WAFAA” sits above a faceless illustrated silhouette, inspired by the blue clothing associated with Wafaa’s image. The artwork is finished with subtle botanical detailing, Arabic typography and the notebook motif — creating a tribute that remains powerful without showing her face.
